Call for vendors

The Human Welfare & Environment Protection Centre (HWEPC) is pleased to announce an open call for applications from vendors, companies, and individuals interested in partnering with us to supply a diverse range of goods and services required for the effective functioning of our central office in Ghorahi, Dang, as well as our other affiliated centers. This initiative is designed to ensure the transparent, timely, and efficient procurement of materials and services essential to our operations, which support our mission of welfare promotion and environmental conservation. We are seeking reliable and committed vendors who can provide high-quality office furniture, stationery, and books to meet our daily operational needs. Furthermore, we require computer hardware, electrical equipment, and maintenance services to support our technological infrastructure, alongside agricultural tools, machinery, and related supplies to aid our community-based programs. Our needs also extend to health and medical equipment, printing and publishing services such as brochures, leaflets, and books, food supplies and catering services for both office use and fieldwork, as well as educational materials, professional training, and consultancy services to strengthen our organizational capacity. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their applications, which should include the prescribed forms and necessary supporting documents such as proof of registration, updated tax clearance certificates, and company profiles. The submission deadline is set at 7 days from the date of this notice’s publication. Applications can be delivered directly to the HWEPC central office in Ghorahi, Dang, or submitted electronically via email at hwepc1991@gmail.com.
