Human Welfare and Environment Protection Center has been honoured by the Ministry of Social Development of Lumbini Province for its valuable contributions to youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and social transformation in the province. The Honourable Dilli  Choudhary, the chief minister of the province of Lumbini, presented the award.
